Drill Bucket
Diameters from 400mm upwards are manufactured as standard & are of exceptionally clean design requiring the minimum of maintenance. The shell height is standard at 900mm & the overall height is 1450mm.
The lock mechanism is simple & self-clearing & a selfactuated safety hook locks the lever in the closed position.
The hinged bottom of the drill bucket is 50mm thick
with two intake apertures bevelled to facilitate the entry of spoil &
fitted with flaps allowing viscous spoil to be removed, automatic lock
& swivel bottom
mechanisms are available as an optional extra.
The torque is transmitted through a strong hinge & recessed lock box.
The kelly box, to suit customers' dimensions, & the bridge are fabricated from heavy plate. The lower section of the casing & the edge of the door are hard surfaced to resist wear.
